UGC Content Academy is run by Kelly Wick. Before she was paid by brands, she was the person deciding which creators got paid.
Kelly spent a year working at an agency as the person hiring user generated content creators. Hundreds of portfolios crossed her desk. She was never once checking a follower count. She was checking whether the person on screen was believable, and whether the video would work inside a paid ad.
When she started creating herself, that was the advantage. Her first deal paid $60 for two videos, which she now describes as far too cheap. Brands currently pay her $400 for a single video, and she has completed more than 100 paid brand deals.
The Academy exists because the gap between those two numbers was never talent. It was knowing what the buyer wants, what the work is worth, and how to ask for it.
Most of the people we teach have a full time job and no audience. That is the normal starting point, not a disadvantage, because the brand supplies the audience. What the brand is missing is enough real looking video to feed its ad account every week.
Kelly taught her own mum the same steps. She was 56, working full time, and completely new to filming. She made $2,770 in her first two months, in evenings and weekends.
There is a paid mentorship for people who want direct help, and a low cost written playbook. Nobody is required to buy anything to get the free lessons we send out.
We do not promise anyone an income. Results referenced anywhere on this site are genuine but atypical, they are not average, and what you get out of it depends on work we cannot do for you.
