By using this site, registering for the training, signing up for our messages, or buying a product here, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Kelly Wickramasuriya, doing business as UGC Content Academy, 1605 Skyview Tower, Marina, Dubai 00000, United Arab Emirates.
The free training
Registration is free. Seats on the live call are limited and registering does not guarantee entry if the room is full, so turn up early. The training is for your personal use and may not be recorded, resold or redistributed.
Digital products
Paid digital products (such as The First Deal Playbook) are delivered by email after payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refunds: because the product is a digital download delivered immediately on purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you receive immediate access and expressly waive any right of cancellation or withdrawal that would otherwise apply to a distance purchase.
Text message programme
Who we are and what we send. Kelly Wickramasuriya, doing business as UGC Content Academy, runs a text message programme for people who ask for it. This is the same name the messages are registered under, so it is the name you will see on the consent boxes. What we send:
There are two kinds of message and a separate consent box for each. Non-marketing messages cover live training dates, your join link and reminders before the training starts. Marketing messages cover special offers, discounts and service updates. The wording printed next to each box is what you are agreeing to.
How you join. There is one way, and only one: the opt-in form on our homepage. You give your number there and tick the box for the messages you want, and the consent wording is shown to you before you agree to it. Neither box is ticked for you, and neither box is required to submit the form. No other form on this site asks for a phone number, and we never add a number obtained anywhere else. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of registering for the training, of buying anything from us, or of using this site.
Cancelling the service. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any message we send you. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
Getting help. If you are experiencing any issues with the messaging programme you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach us at founder@kellywickrx.com or +44 7591 404276.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and cost. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at a frequency that may vary, roughly 2 to 6 messages a month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Emails
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your registration.

All references on this website, in the training, in any advertisement, electronic mail communication, or digital product (collectively, the "Materials") to income, earnings, brand transactions, deal values, monetary figures, rates, or financial outcomes, whether attributable to Kelly Wickramasuriya, her students, members, or any third party, are provided solely for illustrative and informational purposes and constitute atypical, non-representative results achieved by specific individuals under specific circumstances which are unlikely to be replicated by the average participant. Testimonials, screenshots, case studies, and success stories appearing in the Materials reflect the genuine, verifiable experiences of the real individuals depicted as at the date recorded; provided, however, that such individuals may have applied efforts, possessed advantages, or encountered circumstances materially different from your own, and their inclusion herein is not, and shall not be interpreted as, a representation that any subsequent participant will experience the same or substantially similar outcomes. Where first names only are used, this is for privacy purposes; underlying documentation is retained on file.

Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products belongs to Kelly Wickramasuriya, doing business as UGC Content Academy. You may use it for your own learning, not to resell or republish.
